What are your returns/exchange policies?

The Bag Shop NZ values customer service and your satisfaction is important to us. In any case that you are not happy with your product/s, the items involved are available for exchange/return provided that the item/s:
- Are sent out for return/exchange within four (4) days from delivery to customer
- Are not pre-ordered or included in our promo/sale prices.
- Have not been altered or used in any way
- Come in its original packaging and price tag
- Are in re-saleable condition

Other conditions:
- We must be notified of the return/exchange within four (4) days from delivery to customer
- Customers will be the ones responsible for covering the shipping fees in the event of a return/exchange
- Returned items can only be exchanged by our in stock items/on-hand products

In the case of faulty product/s we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
The conditions above must all be fulfilled in order to request for a refund.
