How long will it take for my item/s to arrive?

Shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Dispatch time: 1-3 working days.

Orders placed during weekdays will generally be shipped out 1 - 3 working days after check out. Most customers receive their orders within 1-2 working days to the North Island and 2-4 working days to the South Island after dispatch. (Delays can occur)

We will provide tracking details on all orders but it is the customers responsibility to track their parcels and follow up with the couriers if there are any issues.

Delays

Snowfall overnight (Tuesday 13 September) has caused inter-island air network disruption, and road closures in some areas, including Arthurs Pass and Lewis Pass in the South Island.

In the South Island, there are delays of up to 2 working days and all parcels sent between the North and South Islands (in both directions)

Winter illnesses and COVID-related absences are still impacting deliveries of up to 2 working days in the Waikato, Hawkes Bay, Manawatu and Wellington regions.

Contingency plans are being implemented to ensure parcels reach their destinations as safely and quickly as possible.

What to do:

Please track your parcel online using our nz post tracking tool. If your parcel details show more than 7 working days have passed after your estimated delivery date, please contact nz post.
